Headquarters. Mobile Strike buildings.

Headquarters is the basis to perform any construction and we can not have any construction with a higher level of our base.
Every time we climb one level of our headquarters get up the number of troops we can deploy.
If we enter into our headquarters we will see that we have the button "Improve" to raise the level of our headquarters and a little down two buttons "Details" and "Overview", if you click on "Details" we can change the name of our base and see all our core capabilities as troops that we have all the resources and production data and the amount of food they eat our troops. If you click on "Overview" we see to detail all our buildings and the level that each one (The truth is that is not very practical, it is easier to shop around the base)
